San Francisco-based practice Rapt Studio has completed the redesign of a 9,000 square-foot headquarters in Los Angeles for celebrity news company TMZ. Designed to look like an empty warehouse, the space focussing around a huge central newsroom and has been built predominantly with plywood, corrugated metal and concrete. In an effort to connect the company to the Hollywood culture they so often write about, unique pieces such as a graffitied version of the Hollywood sign and a map of LA have also been installed.
